Job summary

Ownpath Learning is seeking a Product Designer to shape thoughtful digital experiences across products, platforms, and emerging tech. You’ll work with designers, strategists, engineers, and clients from research to delivery, across websites, web/mobile apps, and AI-powered experiences.

You’ll translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive interfaces while contributing to design systems and collaborating with a small, passionate team in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products (web or mobile).
• Strong UX/UI portfolio.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma) and familiarity with design systems.
• Curiosity about users, asking good questions, running small tests, and iterating accordingly.
• Clear communication of design decisions to teammates and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and learning.
• Bonus: experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

ownpath is looking for a Product Designer to help shape thoughtful digital experiences across products, platforms, and emerging technologies. You'll work closely with designers, strategists, engineers, and clients across different stages of the design process-from research and problem framing to user flows, wireframes, visual design, and high-fidelity prototypes. You'll get exposure to a range of projects across websites, web and mobile applications, and AI-powered experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has strong design fundamentals, thinks deeply about user problems, and enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work across different industries, build your craft, and take ownership of projects from early concepts through to delivery.

Responsibilities

Design Fundamentals

• Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces

• Receive regular mentorship from senior designers and advisors
• Contribute to content creation - from design breakdowns to behind-the-scenes reels

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products (web or mobile)
• Strong portfolio that shows thoughtful UX/UI decisions
• A good grasp of design tools (Figma preferred) and familiarity with design systems
• Curiosity about users: You ask good questions, run small tests, and iterate based on feedback
• Solid communicator: You can explain your design decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders
