What You’ll Do

Collaborate deeply: Join product discussions to understand user problems, business goals, and technical constraints.
Design & prototype: Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and related tools.
Iterate fast: Lead design reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and refine your work for both impact and polish.
Own delivery: Partner with engineers to ensure your designs translate seamlessly to production.
Stay agile: Adapt designs and priorities as Canvas grows, keeping the bigger picture in focus.
Drive innovation: Influence product direction by identifying opportunities for differentiation and user delight.

What You Bring

User-first thinking: Strong grasp of user-centered design, from research to rapid prototyping and validation.
Creative problem-solving: Comfortable tackling ambiguity and designing solutions that balance usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
Tool fluency: Mastery of Figma; experience with prototyping and motion design tools is a plus.
Collaborative mindset: Track record of working cross-functionally to align on goals and deliver results.
Startup adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, pivot quickly, and stay resilient amidst change.
Testing chops: Experience running user research, usability studies, and refining designs with feedback.
Strategic influence: Ability to advocate for design, shape product roadmaps, and elevate the user experience.
Technical awareness: Understand basic front-end principles and engineering constraints for effective handoff and collaboration.
Impact orientation: Skilled at using data and metrics to measure and communicate design effectiveness.
