About the role

As a Product Design Lead you shape the product vision with the product owners and CXOs; and translate it into tangible experiences that are nothing short of category benchmarks. You bring a big picture lens, as well as the skills required to deliver pixel-perfect prototypes. You will guide client teams and coach a talented team of designers to create work that we’re all proud of.

As a curious mind, you inspire yourself and your team to push the boundaries to create work that works. You are a great listener and a persuasive communicator. Clients trust you with their challenges and see you as a domain expert who can deliver.

Depending on the size and complexity of the project,you may get the opportunity to play a hands-on role along with leading a team of designers.

Skills needed for the role:

5 to 8 years experience in designing digital products
Experience in shipping large scale products through the entire lifecycle - from intent to outcomes.
Experience in conducting discovery sessions with product teams, aligning stakeholders, and setting the direction for the project.
Demonstrated mastery of design craft - from IA to complete Clickthrough Prototypes. Ideally, you are a Figma wizard.
Managing internal teams and resources to optimally deliver the project
