Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product design for B2C or scale-stage digital products.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion design, and modern UI/UX design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and measurable impact.
• Experience shipping products on AI platforms with AI-first design approach.
• Has collaborated with design leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively bring new product ideas based on market insights and user needs.
• Architect, scale, and govern a comprehensive design system for consistency across platforms.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in product design, delivering high-impact B2C or scale-stage digital products.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion design, and modern UI/UX design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, strong systems thinking, strategic decision-making, and measurable user/business impact.
• Experience shipping products on AI platforms and designing with an AI-first approach.
• Has worked directly under design leadership and cross-collaborated with other teams
