The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to lead the redesign of our critical Patient Engagement page. This is a unique opportunity to shape a core product feature that directly impacts how healthcare providers connect with their patients via text, email, and soon, phone calls. You will play a pivotal role in transforming a foundational tool into an intuitive, visually stunning, and highly functional platform that supports both manual messaging and powerful automation.

What You'll Do:

User-Centered Design: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) with healthcare providers to understand their workflows, pain points, and communication needs.
Feature Development: Design intuitive user flows and interfaces for:
Sending individual messages (text, email, and phone).
Creating and managing message templates for common outreach (e.g., follow-ups, reminders).
Setting up advanced automations (e.g., post-visit texts, birthday messages).
Information Architecture: Organize complex information in a clear and accessible manner to support efficient task completion.
Visual Design: Create a clean, modern, and professional visual aesthetic that aligns with Atlas AI's brand identity.
Prototyping & Testing: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (using Figma or similar tools) to test and iterate on design concepts with users and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar role) with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Demonstrated experience in redesigning complex web applications or platforms.
Expertise in UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
A keen eye for clean, modern visual design and an understanding of visual hierarchy.
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Strong understanding of workflow optimization and how design can impact user efficiency.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and balance user needs with business goals.
A proactive and iterative approach to design.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience designing for healthcare or B2B SaaS products.
Familiarity with patient engagement patterns and communication best practices.
Experience with real-time messaging or automation features.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position will range from 8.5 to 12 LPA depending on experience. This is a contract position with a potential to become full-time.
