Cars24 is seeking a product design-focused professional to tackle complex operational and marketplace challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will design systems spanning routing, rostering, pricing, and recommendations, collaborating with leadership to push innovative AI-enabled workflows into production.

You will translate business logic into intuitive user experiences while balancing technical constraints and learning from iterative experiments.

Formación

• Product design experience working on complex operational or marketplace systems.
• Ability to think across business logic, user experience, and technical constraints.
• Comfort moving between abstract strategy and concrete interaction design.
• Willingness to work in an environment where ambiguity is normal and learning from failure is expected.
