About the role

• You’ll shape the digital experience of Circle's products, moving from discovery through shipping, working closely with engineering and product teams to solve user problems
• Your work spans interaction design, visual polish, and building systems that scale across multiple platforms

What you'll work on

• Translating user feedback and product metrics into design decisions that improve how people use the platform
• Creating and maintaining design systems, components, and patterns in Figma to keep work consistent and fastBuilding interactive prototypes to test ideas before handoff to development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product direction and validate solutions

What we're looking for

• 0–6 years of experience in product design
• Strong grasp of UX and visual design principles, with clean execution across both disciplines
• Fluency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design system thinking
• Comfort reading product data and synthesizing user research to inform design iterations
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (a plus, not required)
