Job summary

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience shipping products, ideally in early-stage companies where you moved fast and wore many hats
• A mindset that favors making decisions and owning outcomes over seeking perfect information
• Comfort moving between design tools, data analysis, and hands‑on building without waiting for someone else's approval
• Hands‑on knowledge of Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Linear, or Jira
• Background building products for other businesses rather than consumers (a significant advantage)
• The ability to approach hard problems without a clear playbook and think through them from basic principles
