Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices in Hyderabad is seeking a senior UX/Design professional to craft intuitive employee-facing tools and engaging customer experiences. You will partner with product, technology, and leadership to map journeys, create blueprints, and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Candidates should have 6+ years in UX or related fields, strong user-centered design skills, and experience with Figma.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Design Research, or Systems Thinking.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and experience mapping.
• Hands-on experience using Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and translate complex requirements into simple, effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and converting insights into design decisions.
• Experience applying AI tools to enhance design workflows and user experiences.
• Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or other complex service-oriented industries is preferred.
