Job summary

Exdera, Bengaluru-based, seeks a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience to lead end-to-end design across multiple products and platforms. The role drives discovery to delivery, ensuring consistency and scalability of UX, UI, and product thinking.

You will mentor junior designers, conduct user research, craft journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes, and govern design systems while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and UI execution.
• Expertise in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and platform guidelines (Web, iOS, Android).

Responsibilities
