Eloelo Group seeks a UX/Interaction Designer for the Master app to shape user experiences across short-form video, live streaming, and creator platforms.

You will collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to translate research into intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, while contributing to scalable design systems and rapid iterations.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/Interaction Design.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end design from research to shipped experiences.
• Strong ability to translate user insights into intuitive solutions and robust IA.

Responsabilidades

• Shape user experiences for the Master App with product, content, and growth teams.
• Analyze user and creator behavior across short-form video, live streaming, and creator platforms.
• Design end-to-end user journeys—from maps to wireframes and prototypes.
• Create intuitive flows for content discovery, creator tools, engagement loops, and monetization journeys.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across Master and the Eloelo ecosystem.
• Plan usability tests and contribute to scalable design systems and interaction patterns.

Master:

Master is one of Eloelo’s flagship apps — a skill-first, outcome-driven learning platform focused on helping users build real-world capabilities through structured content and guided journeys. We’re looking for a Video Editor with a specialisation in sound engineering & balancing who can shape how Master looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.

What you’ll get to do in this role:

• Partner closely with product, content, and growth teams to shape user experiences for the Master App, defining what to build and how to build it.
• Deeply understand user and creator behavior across short-form video, live streaming, and interactive social experiences.
• Design end-to-end user journeys—from experience maps and storyboards to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Craft intuitive flows across content discovery, creator tools, engagement loops, and monetization journeys.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across Master and the broader Eloelo ecosystem.
• Plan and run usability testing to validate concepts and continuously improve product experience.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and interaction patterns for rapidly evolving features.

What you’ll bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in UX/Interaction Design with a strong foundation in human-centered design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, from research to shipped experiences (preferably in content, social, or creator platforms)
• Ability to simplify complex product problems into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
• Strong understanding of information architecture for content-heavy and social platforms
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions backed by user insights and data
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced product environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams
• High ownership, initiative, and a “make it work” mindset to take products from concept to launch
