Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to transform our validated prototype into a visually stunning, immersive, and mediarich digital ecosystem. This is not a traditional flat dashboard productyou will design a dynamic Sports & Fitness LMS and Creator & Social Platform that blends learning, training, community, and content creation.

You will be the experiential bridge between product strategy and content architecture, collaborating closely with our Content Strategist to turn creative templates into intuitive, interactive user flows. Your mission is to build an ecosystem that feels alive—seamlessly integrating shortform video tools, artistic layouts, 3D/immersive elements, community chat, and AIassisted features into an interface that everyday users, creators, and fans love to engage with.

Collaboration Mapping

You will operate at the intersection of content creation and product design:

• With Content Strategy: Translate static frameworks (fitness layouts, bio structures, stat collages) into interactive canvases—draganddrop engines, preview tools, and customization interfaces.
• With Creators & Learners: Design a frictionfree “Creator Studio” where users can record/upload video, edit templates, generate AI graphics, and track progress.
• With the LMS & Community: Map the endtoend journey from learning to sharing—ensuring lessons, blogs, realtime chat, and social exports feel unified under one master visual identity.

Core Responsibilities

Immersive Media & Video UX

• Design highperformance video interfaces: interactive players, shortform editors (trimming, overlays, thumbnail pickers), and richmedia blogs.
• Architect intuitive journeys for uploading and managing diverse assets (photos, infographics, galleries).

Creator Canvas & Template Integration

• Convert template libraries into flexible UI systems that allow seamless customization without breaking design integrity.
• Build interfaces for AIassisted workflows (prompt inputs, smart text layout wizards, background art generators).

Participation, Chat & Community

• Craft engaging experiences for realtime chat, peer review spaces, and community leaderboards.
• Gamify learning with visual milestones, streaks, and interactive feedback loops.

3D & NextGen Design Systems

• Infuse the LMS with a modern, artistic aesthetic that breaks away from corporate software norms.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed 3D elements (data visualizations, immersive models, interactive sports assets).

Required Experience & Attributes

• 5+ years designing mobile and web apps in mediaheavy industries (streaming, creator tools, gaming, fitness, or edtech).
• Advanced Figma mastery with expertise in responsive component libraries and modular design systems.
• Familiarity with 3D/Rich Visual Web Tools (Spline, WebGL, Three.js) and their UX constraints.
• Strong contentfirst mindset: proven ability to design UI that elevates video, photography, and storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing deep user flows and highfidelity visual UI executions (motion, media, cuttingedge layouts).
