• 4–8 years in writing or scripted content development.
• Strong structural storytelling ability.
• Mastery of episodic pacing and dramatic construction.
• Instinct for emotional conflict and status reversals.
• Comfort evaluating your work using engagement data (retention, drop-offs).
• Clear ownership mindset.
