Job summary

Eloelo is seeking an Associate Director – Growth & Marketing to own the growth engine end-to-end including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation at scale. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative to set the growth roadmap and budgets.

You will manage large budgets and drive strategic, data-driven decisions, shaping Eloelo's consumer platforms across Indian markets.

The Role

We're hiring an Associate Director - Growth & Marketing to own our growth engine end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation, all of it, at scale.

This isn't a function you'll run in isolation. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative, set the growth roadmap, own real budgets, and build a team that can execute against it. It's a leadership role in the fullest sense: strategy and hands‑on execution, both.

What you bring

• 8-12+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in consumer internet, social, gaming, or content‑led products
• A track record of scaling consumer products, not just running campaigns on top of them
• Experience owning large budgets and leading teamsi>

• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking
• The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders across functions
