Product Design, Artwork & Customer Relationship Executive

Experience: 2–3 years (design/printing/packaging/medical products background preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate / Design Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Create / update product artworks, labels, cartons, pouches, stickers as per brand guideline.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure correct size, color, finishing, and bilingual (EN/FR or EN/AR) text where required.
• Maintain artwork master folder and version control for regulatory / export customers.
• Support sales team in making product catalogues, datasheets, COA formats, festival creatives.
• Handle customer queries on product specification, packing, delivery status (email/WhatsApp).
• Take customer feedback/complaints, log them, and coordinate with store/production for replacement/rectification.
• Work closely with marketing to create festival/seasonal creatives (Diwali, New Year, exhibitions).
• Prepare simple quotations and send to customers as instructed by management.

Skills Required:

• Good at CorelDRAW / Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva (any 1–2 tools must).
• Strong communication & follow-up (written + WhatsApp).
• Eye for detail in spelling, MRP, batch, barcode, HSN, GST on artworks.
