Job summary

Tynor Orthotics is seeking a Finance professional to lead costing, profitability analysis, and SAP reporting from its Mohali operations. You will ensure accurate product costing, monitor margins, and support pricing decisions across channels.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Purchase, Taxation, and Finance functions to drive cost control, inventory accuracy, and timely audit closures. A strong FP&A mindset and SAP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in product costing and profitability analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP costing and COPA.
• Ability to monitor EBITDA thresholds and inventory control.
• Experience in budgeting, pricing, and cost allocations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review monthly product costing runs.
• Analyze product-wise profitability and recommend actions.
• Support annual and periodic pricing revisions.
• Monitor contribution margins and EBITDA thresholds across product categories.
• Perform inventory ageing analysis and evaluate NRV.
• Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate physical inventory verification and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Monitor inventory leakages, wastages, and process inefficiencies.
• Perform channel-wise and product-wise profitability analysis.
• Track cost-saving initiatives and monitor realization of benefits.
• Analyze material consumption and identify usage variances.
• Review purchase reconciliations and identify process gaps.
• Manage product costing and profitability reporting through SAP.
• Work extensively on COPA (Profitability Analysis) module.
• Support cost allocations and profitability reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of BOM and overhead components within SAP.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Purchase, Taxation, and Finance teams.
• Support management decision-making through analytical insights and recommendations.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Support annual and periodic pricing revisions.

• Conduct inventory ageing analysis and evaluate NRV (Net Realizable Value).
• Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
