• Verifying costing accuracy for products and processes.
• Cost Audit and preparation of final draft Cost audit reports.
• Product costing in SAP for manufacturing units.
• Prepare estimates of costs for unique products to establish pricing.
• Review and implement policies on product pricing and cost control.
• Coordination of physical inventory postings and reporting cost center data.
• Prepare budgets, track costs, and provide inputs for MIS and CFO reports.

• Coordination and difference posting of physical inventory
• Prepare and implement policy on product pricing
• Working of loading factors related to Non BOM materials
• Review and validate various policy / guidelines
• Working capital requirement - Ageing inventory PC wise
• Report & Analysis of issue to Cost Center Report
• MRM Data Preparation
• Report on perpetual Inventory
• Qty Reconciliation & ATC Stock
• Analysis of cost center wise expenses
• Over / Under absorption of Overheads
• Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure
• Provide assistance to the organization in preparing budget process
• Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production
• Handling statutory/internal /external audit & ensure implementation of recommendations
• Providing financial inputs/data for commercial & business decision to plant & timely submission of MIS
• Drive various initiatives like Business Excellence, cost reduction, TPM, Kaizen, EnCON, 5S etc.
• Implement IMS, Statutory compliance etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Assist in decision-making by establishing budgets and tracking costs of various processes.
• Budgeting, recording and analyzing company financial information, and tracking department or product expenditures.
• Responsible for providing accurate financial inputs for CFO & other MRM reports being periodically circulated
