Job summary

RGBSI in Bangalore is seeking a Product Change Analyst with 4–6 years of relevant experience to drive engineering change processes and BoM changes. You will coordinate obsolescence management and perform cost analysis on change orders affecting BoM changes.

Candidate should understand BoM structure and be proficient with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word. Strong analytical and communication skills in English are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in product/engineering change analysis.
• Strong understanding of engineering change workflows and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive Engineering Change Management processes and related documentation.
• Apply obsolescence management practices and analyze cost implications of change orders wrt BoM changes.
• Develop a clear BoM structure and ensure accuracy of related data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, use MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English; resolve issues efficiently.

Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 4-6 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Industrial/Electrical/Electronics)

Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process. Strong knowledge of Obsolescence management process. Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes.

Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure. Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word.

Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Good Problem solving techniques.
