Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Product Change Analyst in Bangalore to drive engineering change processes and manage BOM changes. The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in manufacturing engineering.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in obsolescence management, cost analysis of change orders, and proficiency with MS Excel, Access and Word. Effective communication in English and detail-oriented analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in engineering change management.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of obsolescence management and BOM changes.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word.

Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 4-6 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Industrial/Electrical/Electronics)

Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process. Strong knowledge of Obsolescence management process. Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes.

Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure. Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word.

Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Good Problem solving techniques.
