Job summary

Iserveu Bhubaneswar is seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our Product Management team. You will work closely with Product Managers on real-world projects and gain hands-on exposure to product development, research, and operations.

The role focuses on creating PRDs and user stories, collaborating with Design, Engineering and QA, performing market research, and helping define metrics.

Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in Product, IT, or Business Analytics.
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT or related fields.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and curious individuals passionate about product management and eager to learn. You'll work closely with Product Managers on real-world projects and gain hands-on exposure to product development, research, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of UPI/payments ecosystem (NPCI guidelines, transaction flows, settlement)
  
• Product roadmap planning & prioritization
  
• Stakeholder management (engineering, design, compliance, banking partners)
  
• Agile/Scrum methodology
  
• Data analysis skills (SQL, Excel/dashboards) for tracking transaction metrics and product KPIs
  
• Experience with API-driven/fintech products preferred
  

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA (preferably with specialisation in Product, IT, or Business Analytics)
  
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
  

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, or Notion
  
• Exposure to Figma, SQL, or data visualisation tools
  
• Academic projects or certifications in Product Management, Agile, or UX
