ABB in Hyderabad, India, invites an experienced Procurement professional to lead and coordinate activities for R&D project purchases. You will estimate initial cost and quality, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with suppliers.

Role focuses on selecting suppliers aligned with product cost targets, onboarding suppliers, converting purchase requests to orders, and driving cost optimization across procurement stages to support Opex and Capex needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or science required.
• About 7 years of experience in engineering procurement.
• Good SAP HANA and MS-Excel knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in electromechanical procurement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all procurement activities for R&D projects.

• Negotiate contracts and finalize orders for equipment and software (Opex/Capex).
