Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement workstreams for manufacturing projects, NPI, localization, supplier transitions, and CAPEX initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor supplier readiness and support successful project implementation.
• Facilitate project review meetings and executive governance forums.

The primary focus is project management and successful delivery of procurement programs.
