Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to lead and coordinate procurement-related projects and strategic initiatives in Pune. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives across functions.

You will drive governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution excellence, acting as the central project lead for manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain initiatives. Strong PM experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Engineering environments.
• Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement workstreams for manufacturing projects, NPI, localization, supplier transitions and CAPEX initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Monitor supplier readiness and support successful project implementation.
• Facilitate project review meetings and executive governance forums.

The role acts as the central project lead across functions, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution excellence. The primary focus is project management and successful delivery of procurement programs.

What you'll do:

You are:

• Strong Project and Program Management capabilities.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or procurement environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments.
