Job summary

Accenture, Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a Sourcing & Cat Enablement Senior Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in contract management. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement activities, supplier negotiation, and contract compliance to drive cost savings for clients.

You will work within the procurement management team using structured processes to identify needs, select suppliers, request proposals, negotiate, and deliver. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.

• Graduation in any field is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in contract management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond processing purchase orders to help clients maximize savings and value on goods and services.
• Work with Procurement management to identify needs, qualify suppliers, request proposals, negotiate, contract, deliver and analyze results.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage rights and obligations, adapting contracts as needed.
• Understand commercial contracting principles and terms; basic drafting and redlining capabilities.
• Prepare and analyze data using Excel and PowerPoint for client reviews and internal reporting.
• Be ready for rotational shifts as part of the role.

What would you do?

• Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Manage the processes whereby performance of client work is coordinated with the contract rights and obligations of the parties to ensure contract compliance or that the contract is modified as appropriate. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Contract Management - P1
• Basic contract drafting and redlining capabilities.
• Understanding of commercial contracting principles and terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
