Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Procurement Operations Senior Analyst to support contract compliance and execution across procurement activities. The role involves analyzing supplier proposals, negotiating terms, creating contracts, and monitoring compliance to maximize value and minimize risk.

You will work within the Procurement management team, interacting with peers and possibly clients or Accenture management, with rotational shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement operations.
• Graduation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond processing purchase orders to help clients save money on goods and services.
• Work as part of the procurement management team, handling supplier selection, proposals, negotiations, contracting, delivery and analysis.
• Systematically manage contract creation, ensure terms compliance, execution and performance analysis.
• Handle increasingly complex problems with minimal instruction and interact with peers within Accenture.

What would you do?

• Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results.
• Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. What are we looking for?
