Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to drive sourcing and supplier negotiations within the procurement management function. You will contribute to identifying needs, evaluating suppliers, requesting proposals, and contracting for goods/services essential to client operations.

The role emphasizes process discipline in RFx activities, cost savings, and value realization, with potential rotation shifts as part of operations excellence.

Qualifications

• BBA or any graduation or LLB required.
• 5-8 years of procurement experience.
• Familiarity with RFx processes and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond processing purchase orders to drive savings and value across billions spent on goods and services.
• Work in procurement management to identify needs, qualify suppliers, request proposals, negotiate, contract, and analyze results.
• Understand when to use RFQ vs RFP and how to develop and analyze outcomes.
• Collect and analyze quantitative/qualitative data to assess, screen and select suppliers.

What would you do?

• Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results.
• Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for?
