Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing or related field.
• Experience in Category Management and Process Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and eSourcing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/Ariba/Coupa/Oracle or other ERP platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.

• Support procurement operations across category management, sourcing, supplier management, and contract management activities.

A leading global pharmaceutical organization is looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager Cross Category to support procurement operations, supplier management, sourcing excellence, and process transformation initiatives across multiple procurement categories. The role will partner with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement operations across category management, sourcing, supplier management, and contract management activities.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
