SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Procurement Operations Leader to drive global sourcing programs and supplier excellence.

You will lead e-sourcing, contract management and spend analysis, while shaping procurement decisions across regions and markets. Collaborating with Marketing, Finance and Legal teams, you will ensure SLAs are met, optimize Coupa-based processes, and build a high-performing procurement function that enables strategic initiatives and supplier

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with procurement stakeholders, business teams and suppliers.
• Ensure smooth operation and delivery of procurement activities including e-sourcing, contract management, spend analysis and decision support; align SLAs.
• Develop end-to-end strategic sourcing for Marketing categories (Creative & Digital Agencies, Media, Production, POSM, Events, Branding, Market Research, Promotional Services).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal and regional teams to understand demand and procurement needs.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships with key marketing agencies and service providers.
• Support product launches and brand campaigns with timely sourcing and onboarding.
• Drive issue resolution and coach e-sourcing best practices.
• Proactive category spend strategy development.
• Assess spend opportunities at category level; use historical spend and market benchmarks.
• Create and identify best buying channel programs/models.
• Should-cost modelling at project level.
• Create and maintain knowledge materials for users and procurement.

Procurement Operations Leader

Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for e-sourcing, contract management, spend analysis, procurement decision support etc. in their categories across Customer regions and markets globally. Along with responsibility for the specific team, the person will also act as Point of Contact for one or two Customer regions, liaising with regional Procurement teams on Procurement Operations-related matters across all services delivered.

The leader will work with key stakeholders to ensure processes, ways of working and service level agreements are delivered. Participating in cross-functional teams, developing and improving sourcing practices especially Coupa e-sourcing, aligning and achieving savings targets. The leader will also work closely with Global Procurement Strategy and GBO Supplier Experience Strategy & Enablement teams, as well as any others which are relevant, to drive transformation projects, category-related end to end sourcing improvements, implementing sourcing category strategies and focus on building team capability to support these activities.

As Customer works on Coupa and Coupa CSO as sourcing platforms, familiarity with these platforms would be preferred.

Core Service Delivery:

• Build active and positive relationships with key Procurement stakeholders, Customer business stakeholders & suppliers
• Smooth operation & delivery of procurement operations activities under their purview, including but not limited to e-sourcing, contract management, spend analysis, procurement decision support. Align, measure and maintain SLAs, turnaround time etc.
• Develop end-to-end strategic sourcing activities for Marketing categories including Creative & Digital Agencies, Media Buying, Production, POSM, Events, Branding, Market Research, and Promotional Services.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to understand demand pipelines, campaign priorities, and procurement requirements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with key marketing agencies and service providers to ensure quality, service excellence, and continuous innovation.
• Support new product launches, brand activations, and strategic marketing initiatives by ensuring timely sourcing and supplier onboarding.
• Drive timely issue resolution and deliver world-class support to Customer procurement teams
  Coach team e-sourcing best practices, considering Customer processes
• Pro-active & category/assigned spend strategy development.
• Opportunity assessment at Spend/category level & Historical spend/market benchmark
• Create/identify best buying channel program/models
