Licious in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead to drive end-to-end indirect procurement across HR, Marketing, Facilities, Professional Services, IT, and Capex. You will develop category strategies, manage RFx processes, negotiate terms, and deliver cost savings while ensuring compliance and alignment with business priorities.

Collaborating with finance, legal, and cross-functional teams, you will leverage procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Cloud, Coupa, and PRM360

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and indirect procurement.

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle including RFx creation, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and vendor onboarding.
