Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for interior projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve optimal value.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications, providing procurement support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance, facilitating effective documentation and record-keeping.
• Resolve supplier/vendor issues and disputes promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships and ensuring continuity of the supply chain.
