Job summary

PureCube Design Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Construction & Interior Purchase Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee end-to-end procurement for construction and interior projects, sourcing materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture in line with design specifications and budgets.

• Strong experience in construction and interior project procurement.
• Vendor management including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Purchase planning, budgeting, cost control, and basic contract management.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, PMC, and site teams to align purchases with technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Knowledge of local market trends, suppliers, and rates relevant to construction and interiors in and around Hyderabad.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining purchase records, inventory tracking, and using procurement or ERP tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, interior design, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in design-and-build, turnkey, or high-end interior projects will be an added advantage.
• Commitment to ethical purchasing practices, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in processes.

Role Description

The Construction & Interior Purchase Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The manager will evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery to project sites. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design, project management, and site execution teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines, managing inventory and logistics, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and supplier performance. The role also involves monitoring market trends, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards, and contributing to cost optimization and process improvements across projects.

Qualifications
