• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, contracts, and budgets.

Role & responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
• Industry must be Interior, Commercial/Residential, and Construction.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers; develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, and stores to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, or project delays.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual terms, and project budgets.
• Track procurement costs and analyse variances against budgets.
• Resolve vendor issues, discrepancies, and claims, and coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and management review.
