Job summary

DDE UHP is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV solar, and other high-tech industries. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, vendor development, and supply chain optimization for mission-critical projects.

The candidate will manage end-to-end procurement for UHPP materials, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, and lead a team to ensure on-time project execution with top-tier supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Supply Chain Management.
• 8–12 years of experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and contract management.
• Knowledge of UHP systems, cleanroom standards, and critical material specs.
• Leadership experience across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Mentor procurement team and drive process standardization.
• Prepare MIS reports, spend analysis, forecasting, and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify procurement risks and mitigation strategies.

DDE UHP is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV Solar, and other high-tech industries with a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utility systems. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, vendor development, and supply chain optimization for mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for ultra-high purity materials

including stainless steel tubing, valves, fittings and cleanroom-compliant equipment.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with project timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with global and domestic suppliers, ensuring long-term partnerships and reliability.
• Lead contract negotiations, commercial evaluations, and finalization of techno-commercial terms.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, value engineering, and budgeting control across projects.
• Oversee inventory planning, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement programs.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring capability building and process standardization.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, spend analysis, forecasting, and procurement dashboards to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks including supply disruptions, price volatility, and vendor dependency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in semiconductor, PV solar, EPC, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of UHP systems, cleanroom standards, and critical material specifications.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in cost savings and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems(SAP/Oracle or similar)and procurement analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
