Job summary

Livguard Holding is seeking a procurement professional responsible for purchasing and planning electronics components from local and overseas vendors. The role includes forecasting material needs, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

You will work with engineering, QA, and logistics to optimize inventory levels while developing new supplier sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics component procurement and planning.
• Knowledge of SAP procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze inventory and forecast material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and planning of electronics components from local and overseas vendors.
• Plan and forecast material per sales indent.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery to plant.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality for part approvals and quality improvements.
• Develop new or alternate suppliers for existing products.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of material.
• Identify and liquidate non-moving and slow-moving inventory.
• Strategic procurement to keep minimum inventory without production interruption.
• Collaborate with store and production to control inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure delivery per production plan.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for Purchase and Planning of Electronics Components from different local and Overseas vendors.
• Do planning and give material forecast to vendors as per sales indent.
• Directly co-ordinate with suppliers and timely delivery of material at plant.
• Co-ordinate with engineering and quality team to improve quality of the components or for new part approval.
• Develop new and alternate suppliers for existing products whenever necessary
• Follow up and visit to vendors for timely delivery of material
• Continuously working to identify and liquidate Non-moving and slow-moving parts inventory.
• Do the strategic planning and procurement to keep minimum inventory without interruption of production.
• Closely working with store and production team to control inventory.
• Co-ordinating with transporter/logistics team and ensure timely delivery of material, as per production plan

Preferred candidate profile :

2. Should have Good knowledge of SAP.
3. Should be good at excel, PPT, MS Office
4. Logical and analysis mindset
5. Good communication skills in Hindi and English
6. Having knowledge of procurement function.
