Job summary

Ninjacart is seeking a Sourcing Executive - FnV to drive supply planning and inventory management across Malur, Chintamani and surrounding areas. You will own fill rates for defined SKUs, identify supply sources and monitor inventory to reduce wastage while maintaining optimal supply chain performance.

Role requires 12 years in FnV sourcing, experience in Quick Commerce/E-commerce/Retail/Agri-tech, willingness to travel, strong communication, and Kannada fluency.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in FnV sourcing.
• Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail or Agri-tech is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supply planning & inventory management to own fill rate and identify sources.
• Monitor inventory to minimize wastage while maintaining supply.
• Cost savings: monitor price trends and optimize sourcing decisions.
• Vendor management: onboarding, negotiations, reconciliations and payments.

Responsibilities

Supply planning & Inventory management- Own 100% ll rate for the dened SKUs,identify sources of supply, monitor & track inventory to ensure low wastage while maintaining optimal supply. Drive NPS of farmer partners. Take the ownership of establishing and managing supply operations of collection centers

Cost Savings Monitor and track price trends across markets to arrive at sourcing decisions,strategically optimize supply with sources to improve margins, identify opportunities to reducecosts across the supply side

Vendor Management Identify, align and on-board vendors, price negotiation, monthly/weekly vendor reconciliations, credit cycle management, vendor payments, vendor relationship management, track and monitor vendor scores/performance & develop ways to improvestickiness with Ninjacart
