Job summary

Dealberg Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a procurement professional with 2-5 years of experience to manage vendor relationships, vendor onboarding, and cost‑effective procurement of goods and services. • Vendor Management & Development: identify, onboard, and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost efficiency.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Handle contract renewals and amendments and plan backups.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure continuity of supply with multiple vendors.
• Coordinate procurement operations with warehouse, finance, and operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Development
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors
• Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Negotiation
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost efficiency
• Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
• Handle contract renewals and amendments
• Vendor Replication / Backup Planning
• Develop alternative vendor sources to reduce dependency risks
• Ensure continuity of supply through multiple vendor options
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain backup vendors
• Procurement Operations
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, operations)
• Track and report procurement metrics and cost savings

Preferred candidate profile
