Position Overview

We're looking for a Procurement Executive to help us source better, spend smarter, and scale stronger. This role is critical to optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the seamless flow of thermal materials required for our cutting-edge cold-chain systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for thermal materials and related components
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost efficiency
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement spend
• Track purchase orders from placement through delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure optimal stock levels
• Manage supply flow to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules
• Work closely with operations, production, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business needs
• Provide insights on material availability, lead times, and cost implications
• Support new product development by sourcing appropriate materials and components
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
• Generate procurement reports and analytics using Excel and supply chain management tools
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics industries
• Demonstrated track record in vendor management and strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable terms and conditions
• Vendor management expertise including supplier evaluation and relationship building
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of supply chain operations and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Based in Bangalore or open to working from Bangalore
