Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead financial governance, compliance, and regulatory filings.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting across units.
Drive cash flow management, working capital, and treasury functions.
Manage financial reporting, audits, and board-ready filings.
Support investor reporting, due diligence, and financial modelling.
Build and mentor the finance team; drive ERP implementation and automation.

Finance Controller – Strategic Finance & Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial governance, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong blend of controllership, analytical thinking, and business partnering in a fast-scaling manufacturing and climate-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory requirements
Establish strong internal controls and audit-ready systems
Manage financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

Lead budgeting and financial planning across business units.
Develop rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
Generate MIS reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making
Implement cost accounting across products and operations.
Track unit economics, margins, and cost optimization opportunities
Provide actionable financial insights to business teams

Working Capital & Treasury

Manage receivables, payables, and inventory cycles
Oversee banking relationships and working capital management
Ensure strong cash flow planning and liquidity

Investor & Stakeholder Management

Support investor reporting, financial models, and due diligence
Assist in board presentations and financial strategy discussions.

Team & Systems

Build and manage the finance team
Drive ERP implementation and process automation
