Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to MEP projects.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality standards.

Vendor Management:

• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.


• Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules.


• Conduct vendor assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.

Material Management:

• Procure materials and equipment required for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety components.


• Monitor inventory levels to prevent delays in project execution.

Coordination:

• Work closely with project teams, engineers, and site managers to align procurement with project timelines.


• Ensure smooth coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.


• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement processes.
