Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of procurement experience in the Data Centers industry.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing MEP procurement activities.
• Experience in sourcing and purchasing MEP commodities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP commodities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements for MEP materials and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability of MEP commodities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee the bidding process and manage the selection of suppliers for MEP materials and equipment.
• Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Educational Qualification:
