Job summary

Sree Murali Mohana Boiled & Raw Rice Mill Pvt. Ltd. invites an Executive Supplier Coordination to optimise supplier communications and procurement cycles in Hyderabad.

You will liaise with rice suppliers, paddy traders, and farmers to ensure timely material availability and favorable quotations. The role requires 4–8 years' experience in procurement coordination, a background in agriculture or FMCG supply chains, and strong tracking and database management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Agriculture or a related field will be an advantage.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supplier follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain structured trackers and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with existing and new suppliers through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with suppliers, vendors, traders and other procurement stakeholders.
• Receive purchase requirements from internal teams and coordinate with suppliers for availability, pricing, quotations and delivery timelines.
• Obtain and follow up on supplier quotations and coordinate requirements through to closure.
• Maintain updated records of supplier details, product categories, quotations, pricing history, supplier interactions and performance.
• Identify new suppliers and alternate sources to improve competitiveness, availability and supply continuity.
• Track supplier commitments and identify delays, shortages, price changes, and supply risks, escalating critical issues to the Procurement Team.
• Maintain daily follow-up trackers, pending requirement reports, supplier performance records, and provide timely updates to Procurement and Stores teams.
• Can understand basic agricultural commodities, crop varieties, quality parameters and market terminology

We are looking for an Executive Supplier Coordination to support supplier communication, sourcing coordination, quotation management, price and availability tracking, procurement follow-ups, and timely material availability.

Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in procurement coordination, supplier management and procurement call centre.
• Have experience dealing directly with agriculture, rice, grains, pulses, food products or FMCG suppliers.
