The role focuses on adhering to procurement policies, monitoring lead times and currency, handling PO changes, and producing KPIs such as on-time delivery and lead time. The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, has 5-8 years in procurement, and is comfortable with MS Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic MS Excel and general software skills.
• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP/ERP procurement requirements according to production plan.
• Place Purchase Orders (PO) according to ERP requirement.
• Manage daily communication with supplier.
• Manage PO changes, such as Expedite/De-expedite.
• Ensure PO accordance with procurement rules and policy (lot size, lead-time, price, currency, unit).
• Issue procurement related KPIs (On time delivery, Procurement Lead Time, In progress activities, etc).
• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow.
• HSE norms as applicable.
• Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices.
• Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow.
• Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training.
