Job summary

SGS is seeking a Processing Unit Officer in Hyderabad, India, to handle certificate issuance, record management, and data entry within internal systems. The role involves coordinating with clients and affiliates to provide timely responses and maintain high service levels.

You will ensure adherence to QMS procedures and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. A technical bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Arabic reading, writing, and translation skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process applications through designated portals and ensure timely issuance of certificates and registrations in accordance with applicable procedures, business rules, and contract requirements.
• Review, verify, and maintain accurate certification records, files, archiving, and related documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate data entry for processing files, invoices, job numbers, and other operational information within internal systems.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, affiliates, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and application status updates.
• Maintain operational trackers and contribute to efficient workflow and record management.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Manage day-to-day processing activities to maintain high levels of service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
