• Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors for performance alignment.
• Organize dummy counseling sessions and collect feedback.
• Conduct refresher or skill-upgrade training for existing staff.
• Host weekly Meet & Greet sessions with leaders and new team members.
• Contribute to content creation or updates based on feedback.
