Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct and update New Hire Training and refresher sessions. The role involves preparing training plans, dashboards, and SOP materials, and creating content aligned with client requirements.

You will design client-specific programs, analyze QA trends, and lead assessments, role-plays and remediation initiatives while supporting hiring and engagement efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduates from any stream or Global Equivalent degree.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Time management skills and outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
