Job summary

Krones Digital Solutions India (KDSI) is seeking a Process-oriented engineer to support plasma, vacuum or coating-related processes. You will work under guidance from NTR experts in a cross-functional, international environment, contributing to process development and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include transferring process recipes from Germany into India trials, tracking limits and deviations, troubleshooting with senior experts, and coordinating with mechanical and automation teams to

• Familiar with structured problem solving and data evaluation.
• Able to work with P&IDs and coordinate with mechanics and automation.

Krones Digital Solutions India (KDSI) is a subsidiary of the Krones Group and is a part of the Krones.Digital community. The Krones Group, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany, plans, develops, and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process technology, bottling, and packaging, plus intralogistics and recycling. KDSI was created in 2023 as the Technology Competence Centre for Krones.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Process-oriented engineer with first hands-on exposure to plasma, vacuum or coating-related equipment. The ideal candidate is an engineer able to work with guidance from NTR experts, and capable of working in a cross-functional, international environment while contributing to process development and troubleshooting activities.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below: -

• Support transfer of the process recipe from Germany into India trials
• Help track local process limits, warnings and deviations during tests and prototypes
• Support troubleshooting of process-related issues together with senior experts
• Contribute technical observations from customer and field activities
• Support selection and adaptation of suitable local vacuum and gas components
• Maintain and update flow diagrams (P&IDs) with guidance
• Assist in commissioning and monitoring of process components and systems
• Work closely with mechanical and automation colleagues on process-related issues
