Job summary

Tecnicas Reunidas, a world-leading international general contractor, is seeking professionals with design experience in Oil & Gas, Refineries and Power plants for Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering roles. Strong knowledge of feed water systems, cooling, and process data specifications is essential.

Candidates should have 10–15 years of relevant experience, with excellent English and a proven ability to work in multi-office, multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of engineering calculations in power plant domains and systems such as Feed Water, Main Cooling, Closed Cooling, Service Water & Compressed Air.

Responsibilities

• Development and supervision of pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations, heat and material balance, utilities summaries, and calculations.
• Development and supervision of Boiler Feedwater Pumps, Control Valves, Safety Valves, Instrument Process Data Specifications, and related documentation.
• Preparation of Process / Functional Descriptions, Operating and Maintenance Manuals.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the Role

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of engineering calculations in Combined Cycle Power Plants and/or Biomass Power Plants / Coal-fired / Gas-fired Boiler Power Plants.
• Knowledge of systems such as:
• Feed Water
• Main Cooling
• Closed Cooling
• Service Water & Compressed Air

• Experience working in a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team environment.
