Job summary

Técnicas Reunidas invites Experienced Electrical Engineering leaders to drive large Oil & Gas projects in India. The role focuses on FEED and Detail Engineering, with strong emphasis on people management, team coordination, and optimization of manpower and efforts across multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should have SP3D, SmartSketch, Microstation and AutoCAD expertise, plus hands-on PMT/PMC exposure desirable. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and career growth.

Qualifications

ROLE SUMMARY

Professionals with Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience, leading O&G projects. Having good knowledge with experience in FEED and Detail Engineering. The position requires strong people management and leadership skills, with a focus on team coordination, talent development, and performance optimization. Experience in manpower and manhour estimation, resource allocation. Capable to provide support on technical aspects for the proper development of complex Oil & Gas projects. Experience in PMT/PMC is desirable. Strong knowledge in SP3D, Smartsketch, Microstation and Autocad.

Technical Skills

• 2D tools: AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION
• 3D tools: Mainly SP3D and Smartsketch. Knowledge in PDS, PDMS, & E3D is also welcome
• MICROSOFT OFFICE (Excel functions and macros) is welcome
• Cable tray, cable routing, lighting, grounding, power and substation design
• Exposure to work at International Assignments and Clients
