Carrier Global Corporation in India is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to improve process efficiency, reduce defects and ensure product reliability across HVAC operations. The role covers process quality control, daily checks, audits of data captured at Quality Gates, non-conforming material handling, data MIS, and driving continuous improvement through quality circles on assembly lines.

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in process quality in chiller products.

• Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality, Execution of daily Quality checklist to ensure all processes in place.
• Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate.

• Data compilation of process Quality and MIS.

• Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles.
• Process improvement projects resulting in Quality product.

About the role

This role is to improve process efficiency, reduce defects, ensure product reliability, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive continuous quality improvement across HVAC operations.
