Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Lead - WC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineer to drive design, development and localization of chiller products, and to optimize components through VE/VAVE across regions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with AHRI, BEE, ASME standards, deliver end-to-end execution from concept to release, and support field troubleshooting with RCA. This full-time role is based in Gurgaon/Sricity with a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• Chiller expertise across screw, scroll and centrifugal variants.
• 8–12 years of product and value engineering experience.
• BE/B.Tech graduate in relevant discipline.
• Thermal & performance engineering experience including AHRI, BEE, ASME.
• Design-to-value focus for cost reduction and optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving and RCA capabilities.
• Experience with ETO/MTO customization.
• Proven execution in projects with risk and delivery excellence.
• Cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Team leadership and influence abilities.
